Team Meet, Union Station & Capitol Hill

    7:00AM Devotional. 7:15AM Breakfast. 8:00AM Create signs — need photos of this process. Group portraits and behind-the-scenes coverage of the team designing their signs.

    Union Station flash mob

    10:45AM — 6 Media heads to Union Station to walk the site. 11:30AM — Full Women for Gun Rights team walks to Union Station. Multi-camera coverage of the flash mob moment — movement, reactions, the full reveal.

    2:00PM — 6 Media site arrival and prep. 3:00PM – 5:00PM — Women for Gun Rights arrival and rally at Area 15 / Union Square / west side of Capitol / 3rd Street. Every speaker captured on a locked-off static shot for archival, plus active shooters for the social reel.

    7:45AM — Team meets at the front entrance of the Hilton to leave for the White House. Coverage of the briefing — photo and video. Tightly choreographed around access limits.

    White House Security — 17th and New York NW. The White House / Eisenhower Executive Office Building is what you tell Uber.

  2. 12:30 – 2:30PM

    Capitol Hill — closing coverage

    Closing event coverage on the Hill, plus closing statements from Dianna on the Hill — usable for social now and as promotion for next year's event.

    • Focus: Showing the team together during closing coverage

Sunday(Casual for conference & flash mob / Teal shirts at the rally)

  • 8:00AM — Conference — Civics / Mock Meetings / Running for office / create signs for rally (materials provided)
  • 11:30AM — Walk to Union Station for lunch (on your own) and flash mob!
  • 1:15PM — Conference resumes at Yotel (2A History and Effective Talking Points)
  • 2:30PM — Break and walk to Capitol (stay with buddies, but you don't have to wait for everyone. Take water!)
  • 3:00PM – 5:00PM — Rally — Area 15 / Union Square / west side of Capitol / 3rd Street
  • 5:00PM — Free time

Monday(uber/cab to WH and back to CH — coordinate with Team Leader)

  • 7:45AM — Groups start checking in at White House Security, 17th and New York NW. The White House / Eisenhower Executive Office Building is what you tell Uber.
